If you think you already know 99 High, you’re in for a pleasant surprise. Recent investments have transformed the Boston landmark with improved infrastructure and dramatic design features that assert renewed prestige. At street level, the first two floors welcome visitors with sparkling columns of Colonial Gold granite imported from India. The main entrance announces the building’s address with a dramatic “jewel box” of illuminated mirrored glass. All storefronts are now showcased within a façade of Muntz bronze.

New energy-efficient exterior lights display the first 20 stories of 99 High in high relief. Refreshed with new lighting, the main lobby radiates contemporary elegance. Awnings, weathered steel planters and new paving — with raised handicapped access — create a welcoming stage for the tower. Improved security technologies, modernized elevators and HVAC upgrades increase tenant comfort and operational efficiency.
