Quick Reference – Overtime HVAC Charges
Regular Business Hours HVAC Services:
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in the building operate Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. If at anytime, during regular business hours you desire adjustments ot the temperature within your suite, please contact the management office for assistance.
After Hours HVAC services:
After hours HVAC services are available anytime as well as holidays upon request. To schedule this service please contact the management office at least 24 hours in advance. All weekend requests must by requested by Friday at 9am.
Cost:
The overtime Winter rate is $128 per hour from April to November. The Summer rate is $250 per hour for A/C.
