Parking
The garage is managed by VPNE Parking Solutions. VPNE Parking Solutions is a full-service parking company with more than 20 years of garage experience.
Adnan Gharsallaoui is the Garage Manager. He will be on site during regular business hours. You may reach him via email at agharsallaoui@vpne,com or at 617-542-1259.
Garage Hours:
The garage is open from 6am-10pm Monday through Friday for transient parkers. Monthly parkers have 24-hour access via their building access cards. The overhead doors close at 7pm. On weekends and holidays, the garage is only available to monthly parkers with an access card.
99 High Street offers a car retrieval service when your car is valeted. Simply call the phone number on your claim ticket ten minutes before departure and your car will be waiting.
Any tenant requiring overnight or extended parking should inform Adnan Gharsallaoui ahead of time. This will ensure that the vehicle is ready for pick-up.
Height of garage:
6'3'' and is located on Purchase Street (the backside of the building). Capacity is 180 cars using a valet system.

·$475.00 Monthly tenant parkers - spaces are currently available on a month to month basis.
